1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between IDN89 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the IDN89 website at https://idn89.lat ("the Website") and any related mobile-accessible interfaces.

IDN89 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions throughout the country.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the IDN89 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2Definitions

To register and maintain an active account on IDN89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. IDN89 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under this age threshold.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law or regulation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the IDN89 platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of IDN89, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the IDN89 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, password, and accurate personal details including your legal name, date of birth, and contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. IDN89 will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as authorised by you.

IDN89 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that is attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

All accounts are subject to our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. First-time withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, high-value transactions will require submission of acceptable identity documents, including a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with proof of address dated within the preceding three months.

5Terms of Use

By using the IDN89 platform, you agree to access and use its services solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the platform's features, tools, data, or content is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of IDN89.

IDN89 provides access to a range of gaming products, including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets (covering football competitions such as Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, and major international tournaments), in-play live football betting, lottery, and arcade games. 6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the IDN89 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). IDN89 supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Additional payment options may be added or removed periodically.

Deposits: Funds credited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. IDN89 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified sources and to request documentary evidence of source of funds where deemed necessary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the verified name on your IDN89 account. Before your first withdrawal, your account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

IDN89 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which IDN89 accepts no liability.

7Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, IDN89 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback schemes, free spins, referral rewards, or other incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitute abuse.
• IDN89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account balance.
• IDN89 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the IDN89 platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or permitting another individual to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform to launder money, process criminal proceeds, or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings resulting from a known technical fault are not payable.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the IDN89 platform or its proprietary technology.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the IDN89 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of IDN89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of IDN89.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IDN89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

IDN89 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or meet your specific requirements. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows and unforeseeable technical disruptions may periodically affect availability.

IDN89 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, payment processing delays attributable to third-party banking or e-wallet providers, or events beyond IDN89's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, cyberattacks, or banking system outages).

11Responsible Gambling

IDN89 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IDN89 is incorporated and operates.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
